Are ACNE Breakouts Triggered by Something? - acne triggered by food
Recently I had a bright face for a week without a single grain. But yesterday I woke up with 4 new, 2 on each side, if I shave my face. This is what can be caused by something I? The size of them are not large but not small either. These last 2 weeks I have begun to eat chocolate donuts every day, but stopped since yesterday.
